High Pressure Jetting

High Pressure Drain Jetting is a highly effective method for cleaning and unblocking drainage systems using water expelled at extremely high pressures.

This technique involves a specialized hose fitted with a variety of nozzles that use a powerful stream of water to propel the hose up the pipe, breaking up and flushing out accumulated debris, grease, tree roots, and other obstructions.

The high pressure (Up to to 250 Bar at 60lpm) combnied with the correct Jetting Nozzle can Clear Blockages, Cut Roots, Flush Large Amounts of Stone and Even Remove Set Concrete

High Pressure Drain Jetting is suitable for Residential, Commercial and Industrial applications, offering a non-invasive, chemcial free, solution to maintaining clear and efficient drainage systems.

Electro-Mechanical Cleaning

Electro-mechanical drain cleaning is a technique used to clear blockages in drains and pipes through the use of specist mechanical equipment powered by electricity.

This method employs a flexible metal cable or shaft, often referred to as a Miller, Drain Snake or Auger, which is inserted into the pipe. The cable or shaft is equipped with various cutting or boring attachments that rotate when the machine is activated, effectively cutting through and dislodging debris, roots, and other obstructions.

Electro-mechanical drain cleaning is particularly effective for clearing solid blockages and is commonly used in both residential and commercial settings.

It is a versatile solution for maintaining clear drainage systems, especially in scenarios where high pressure water jetting might not be suitable.

Manual Cleaning

With all the technology available, sometimes there is no other soution to sorting a drain other than rolling up the sleeves and employing some elbow grease.

The Dunboyne Enviro Jetting Vans are equipped with traditional cleaning tools such as Sewer Rods, Mandrills, Squeegees, Pigs, Badgers, Gully Grabs and Shovels.

In areas where vacuum, jetting or electro mechanical methods are not viable and a lot of the time not even necessary. Sewer Rods and Gully Grabs can be used to clear blocakges, retrieve lodged and settled items and even cut roots.

Vacuum Units & Vacuum Tanker
Vacuum Tanker Cleaning a Drain

Using vacuum technology to clean drains involves the application of powerful suction to remove blockages and debris from drainage systems.

This method typically employs a specialized vacuum truck equipped with a high-powered vacuum pump and storage tank. On a smaller scale, Vacuum units up to 3600W can be used in domestic and commercial settings.

The process begins with the insertion of a hose into the drain, which then creates a strong vacuum force to extract accumulated materials such as stone, silt, soil, sludge, grease, wipes and other obstructions from pipes, gullies and chambers.
