Pipe Rehabilitation

Pipes, Ducts, Culverts

Trenchless or 'No Dig' pipe rehabilitation is a technical method for restoring the functionality and integrity of defective, ageing or damaged pipelines without the need for extensive excavation.

Dunboyne Enviro are experts in the re-lining and restoration of defective drains and sewers. Utilising localised and long length cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, Mechanical Point Repair and Spray Coating we can effectively and efficiently repair pipes and ducts from diameters of 50mm up to 2 Metres and to any length.

Pipe Rehabilitation methods are specifically designed to be done 'from the manhole' or from local access internally or externally on your property. This removes the need for large scale building or civil works and the need to divert sewers or drains temporarily.

Localised Part Liners

Localised part liner pipe repair is a targeted, efficient method for addressing specific sections of a pipeline that are damaged or deteriorated without the need for excavation or full pipe relining to repair them.

This technique involves inserting a resin-impregnated liner into the affected area of the pipe, which is then inflated with a pneumatic packer and cured to form a strong, seamless 'patch'.

The packer is deflated, removed, and the result is a durable, corrosion-resistant repair that restores the structural integrity and functionality of the pipe.

'Patch' repairs are ideal for fixing cracks, holes, or joint defects within a confined area, offering a cost-effective and minimally disruptive solution.

Long Length Part Liners

When an extended length of pipe has a siginificant amount of defects throughout or in a section, the best option may be to completely line or line multiple meters.

es-co can line from 3m up to any length using a series of 3-5m Localised Part Liners overlapped to create one continuous pipe lining.

Mechanical Point Repair

Dunboyne Enviro are approved Irish Installers of the patented UHRIG Quick Lock Mechanical Point Repair System.

Quick Lock is a VB4 Stainless Steel Sleeve that uses a mechanical ratchet (expanded by a specialised packer) to mechanically fix itself in the pipe.

Sealed with a EPDM Rubber Seal, Quick Lock has fantastic chemical resistance and temeperature endurance
